how do I get a loan on undeveloped land? It is owned free and clear and I need 20 thousand max.
Land loans are very tough with the economy. You could try C-loans.com and place a request there. Also you can look for private lenders who might be interested. Also your local bank or credit union could be of some help. What state is your land located?
