This might be the wrong place to ask this but I'm running out of options. How can I get a small business loan as a real estate/property managemnt company? THanks
have you check with the small business administration? inasmuch as they administer such loans, they'd be the first place to ask your question.
Thanks for the response. I should of mentioned more in depth where I am at in the process. I did apply for a SBA loan. I was told under SBA guidelines my business does not qualify because it deals with Real Estate Investment/Property Management. I was then told to try micro-lenders. There is a company called Accion that deals here in Chicago. I've been trying to look into it. I just want to seperate my business start up costs from my personal debt. I want to try and build business credit but can't get a business loan. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you
chicago being as large as it is, i'd be surprised to find out that the firm you cited was the only one that might help you. that being said, i can't add any more, as i don't deal with sba loans, unfortunately; nor with non-sba small business loans.
