Hello there... I want to take out an FHA loan to buy a home. Will my student loans be considered when applying for an FHA loan if I'm enrolled in college half-time in a degree program?

As far as I know, the student loans will be definitely counted when the lender will consider you for FHA loans.

The student loans may get included while calculating your debt to income ratio.

Right now, student loan monthly payments are NOT included in the calculation of the monthly debt ratio if the student loan payments are deferred 12 months or more after the date of closing.
