Double wide in gated MHPark appraised $25,000 to buy for $17,500 property not included. Want to move in right away and ready my current home for sale. Payoff is approx. $120,000 and appraised approx., $140 to $150,000 and can sell @ $130-$135,000. I can see selling within 45 days. My salary can carry both properties now. MH Loans can loan me the $17,000 only after my house is sold. Gee whiz how can I buy this quick sale if I have to wait. Salary @ $55,000/yr, current home @ $880/month, car @ $350, credit card $5305 Citi Bank @ 0% for 9 months to consolidate smaller cards, just rec'd this check today, once it clears I'll pay off a Chase @ $1,700, BofA approx. $1,400, Kohls @ $450, and a BofA @ $1,000. Had to work through several entities checking my credit standing caused it to go down to 699. Have savings in Fidelity @ 25,000 and Morgan Stanley @ $5,000, have savings from Fed.Tax return to partially use as a down payment if necessary. Help me to get this quick sale with double carport, long screened in patio porch, concrete walkway, storage building all for $17,500. Hopefully this company is not a double tongued company as MH Loans. Your quick response is greatly appreciated in Summerville, SC right outside Charleston, SC. Thank you
