Within the next 15 days, I’ll be closing the loan. I have decided to buy my furniture now so that I can get it delivered in time for closing day. Is it a good option or should I wait until closing day to buy them?? Thank you for your advice in advance
Hi Taylor,
Congratulations to you for purchasing your home!! :)
As you haven't closed the mortgage yet, I won't advice you to buy the furnitures now. I will suggest you to wait till the closing of the mortgage is complete and then start buying the furnitures for your property. A picky underwriter may reject your loan application if there are any significant changes in your savings / cash reserves.
Take care

There are several rules to follow when financing a property: *dont quit or change your job *dont make cash deposits or large deposits, that cant be sourced *dont run your credit *dont buy anything *dont use your credit, until loan has funded and you have the keys
Another large advantage to purchasing your home furniture on the internet is that you get to see the property furniture in your home without any danger. Almost all home furniture organizations that offer on the internet allow at least a week to examine out the property furniture. When you buy home furniture in individual, the plan usually says that once it results in the shop your own it.
