I would like to know if anyone knows how much I can afford. I've tried a couple of calculators and they are wide in range.
My situation:
$22,500 annual income varies between $22,000 - $24,000 depending on hours, so I'll go towards the low end with 3 years at current job.
FICO score: 660, TX was 680, experian is unknown
No debt payments, I own my car and 3 credit cards are all paid in full.
I would like to buy a house in the $100,000-$108,000 range. Is that possible with my situation? Any help is appreciated.
