I'm 17 and graduate in a year. I want a simple mobile home to get started off in. I am finding some of the in the range of $50,000. I just have a few questions. Do you make payments? Do I need a loan? How much scores do I need to get a loan? Can I decide to take it away with me when I move?
Hi Guest,
You're 17 years old. It means you're not an adult. In such a situation, you may not be able to buy a property. If you're planning to purchase the property through mortgage, then you will have to show some form of income and employment to the lender. If you take out a mortgage on the mobile home, you won't be able to move it.
Thanks,
Jerry

Welcome Guest,
Apart from what Jerry has said, you should remember that in order to get a mortgage, you need to have a score of 700-720. Unless you have the credit score, no lender will be able to offer you a conventional loan.
