I have a job for the past 8 years but have a credit score of 582. I have saved a little cash for down payment. The only debt I have is the car loan. I have a manufactured home in sight. Can I get a FHA loan to buy the property?
Hi Marlowe,
With a credit score of 582, you won't be able to qualify for any kind of loan. In order to get a FHA loan, you should have a credit score of 620 or more.
Thanks,
Jerry
