As a co-borrower on a mortgage loan, the bank did not put my name on the deed/title. The bank is stating they left it up to the other co-borrower to add my name to the deed. What are my rights?
Welcome wastuck,
If your name is not mentioned on the property deed, then you're not the owner of the property. You can ask the other homeowners to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property.

Hi wastuck,
You can contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you in the process of adding your name to the property deed.
Thanks
