If the investor find that the collateral value was not supportive? What do you do next?
Hi Astoni,
If the collateral value is not supportive, then the investor will not give you the mortgage. If the mortgage has been already issued, then he may call the loan due. It will be solely the investor's discretion as to what he will do in this case.
Thanks
