Can a Realtor loan their commission to a buyer AFTER closing as an equity loan same as a private investor does?
yes. it's a free country and a realtor can loan money just like anyone else. just can't be over 14% and 4 points and only 2 yr PPP and 50% DTI
well, i don't see why they can't either, but i don't have a clue about what bibi is saying about 14% and 4 points and 2 yr ppp (prepayment penalty, i presume) and 50% dti.
a private second mortgage lender can undertake any debt ratio he/she desires, and if it's as high as 100%, then the foolishness in so doing will repay itself.
