WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY A CONDO IN NJ WITH MY FATHER CO SIGNING AS A NON RESIDENT COBORROWER. I DO NOT QUALIFY ALONE BUT M PUTTING 25% DOWN PAYMENT. WITHIN FEW YEARS MY INCOME WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO BEAR THE MONTHLY EXP. AND MAY QUALIFY.
Q IS CAN I QUALIFY OR NOT?

There are FHA loans available which you'll be able to get with a non-resident cosigner. You should contact the FHA approved lenders and apply for loans. Once you have a good income, you can refinance the mortgage solely in your name.
