I am current on my mortgage, however, my home was hit in 2007 by a drunk driver and I would like to cosolidate all my bills to make it through the economic problems that exist.
hi sandy,

do you want to refinance your mortgage and take a cash out in order to consolidate all your bills? if yes, then you should have equity in your property in order to do so. if you've equity, then you can contact your present lender or other local lenders and apply for refinance. if the lender is satisfied with your credit and financial situation, you will get a refinance.

thanks
