4 years a go the couple had to file bankruptcy, husband score is 640 wife's score is 540. Promble is they will not consider her income which is much more then his, together they make around $80,00. They are wanting to buy a house while the interest rates are so low ( have a handicap daughter) so really need home that will work for her. Are there any programs out to help them or could her father and I co-sign for them so that they don't have to wait 3 more years to get her score built up? (Our credit is excellent )

Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
You and your husband can co-sign for your daughter and her husband's loan if you meet all the required criteria of the lender. This will help them in getting a mortgage easily.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
