i can not get my loan due to the fact that i do not have two years with the company i recently started full time status with. i have been told that i need a cosigner. my cosigner has good credit but just found (well running his credit) that he has an unpaid hospital bill while traveling that he never received notice on and also while he was running a business an employee of his committed credit card fraud on the company card (his name on the card) this has been settled in court and the debt is gone, i'm losing hope! i'm sure when he cosigns this will play into it , any encouraging thoughts?
Hi greg,
You should contact the lender and let him know about the credit status of the co-signer and check out whether or not he would approve the co-signer. In case, the lender disapproves your co-signer, then you'll have to look for someone else who can co-sign for you.
Thanks,
Jerry

thanks jerry, if this doesn't work i'm going to wait till january (2 year mark w/co.) and try again on my own. i hope rates will still be low and prices keep dropping! thanks again, greg
