Hi thewebbs!
Welcome to forums!
You will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office in order to get the property transferred in your name. Then you can sign a warranty deed and add your husband's name to the property deed.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Welcome thewebbs,
A real estate attorney will help you in drafting the deed for property transfer and get the property transferred in your name. Then you need to record the deed at the county recorder's office.

You need to go through the Probate process to ensure your ex-husband's Estate is handled properly/legally.
