have deed to land and need a loan on the land credit is no good but the land is free and clear need loan on just the land
It is not likely you can get a mortgage with credit that is no good.
If you need money, maybe sell it.

I agree with John. If you have a bad credit, getting a loan on the land or any other asset will be quite difficult. You will have to take steps to improve it and then apply for a loan.
