Hello everyone I am really hoping someone can help me. I need to find a bank that does either a low or no doc mortgage.
Currently I need to finance a home that just got appraised to 950K and need to borrow 370K. I have a credit score of 760 and my wife's credit score is 810. We don't have any pay stub to provide but have a steady cash flow coming in. Are local bank is no help can anyone help

Unless you have documents to prove your income, the lenders will not be ready to give you a mortgage. You can contact the private lenders and check out if they can offer you a private mortgage.
You may get a better answer/response to your question if you note the state and county in which the property is located.
The national low doc programs have been eliminated, however, there are local portfolio lenders that still do them.
For example, we can do them in NJ and CT and eleven counties in NY and nine counties in PA
