Looking for home equity income stated loan

Posted on: 31st May, 2010 09:10 am
I live in San Francisco. Have full equity in my comdo which is worth between 900k and 1 mil. My credit score is around 780. Am looking for an income stated loan...NO TAX RETURNS.
I will pay no more than .5% over the current interest rate.

Hi baycitykev!

Welcome to forums!

It is good to note that you have a good credit score and equity in your property. However, as you do not have tax returns, it will be difficult for you to qualify for a loan. After the real estate crisis, most lenders have stopped giving the stated income loans. Unless you have proper documentation, you won't be able to qualify for a home loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I am aware that many lenders are currently not making income stated loans which is why I am here. HSBC is doing them with no fees at .25 above the current rate, however I would prefer not to tie up 100k in a bank account with them in order to get it. Anyone wishing to make this loan may contact me at yahoo with my user name here.

Thanks!
