Can i get an fha loan with a 600 score? Only problem is im unemployed. But i do have the 20% downpayment.
Hi, FHA loans do require a fico score of at least 620. As far as the 20% down thats great but you being unemployed will make it impossible for you to get a loan. Im sorry.

Especially in this market it is impossible to get a loan with otu showing some good income.
Aslo the real esate market is not goign to go creazy, so you have time. Just put your effort on finding a job and later look to buy a house
Good luck

Yes the markets are not going any where for a good amount of time. So just like realgeni said just find a job and get that back in order and youll be fine.
It will be difficult for you to qualify for FHA loan with that score and also you are unemployed...
like they said...
