I am looking to buy a home for $260,000 but I have collections on my credit. I am looking to buy in a year or two. Will I be able to get a FHA loan? If not what can I do? Thank you.
Welcome o_toraman,
You should try and pay off the collections that is mentioned in your credit report. Once you do so, it will be easier for you to qualify for a FHA loan.
