Hey I see the question being asked but if there is a judgement on your report that you are not liable for can you still get a mortgage from FHA lenders?? I sure hope so lol
Hi Patrick!
Welcome to the forums!
If you're not liable, then why has been the judgment mentioned on your credit report? You should ask the concerned authority to remove the judgment from your credit report. Once that's done, it will be easy for you to get a FHA loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Welcome Patrick,
Though you're not liable for the judgment, unless it is removed from your credit report, it will be difficult for you to qualify for a FHA mortgage.
