I have heard that the ruling on the FHA loans and medical collections has been pushed back. I am applying for a FHA loan and I need to know whether the LO still using that guideline? Thanks
If the ruling has been pushed back, then I don't think that the lenders will consider this new ruling while considering you for a new FHA loan.
Hi Sergio,
As the ruling has been pushed back, then as far as I can understand, the lender is not bound to follow that ruling. Thus, as Niicss has said, it won't be mandatory for the lender to take this rule into consideration while giving you the loan.
Thanks
