i want to do a va or fha loan on my mobile home
We definitely need more details. Are you putting money down? Is the mobile home on a permanent foundation? What is your credit score? What is the purchase price? ETC ETC
Hi brian!
Welcome to forums!
Depending upon the equity that you have on the property, you will be able to refinance the loan. If your property doesn't have any equity on it, then you won't be able to refinance the mortgage. I would suggest you to contact your present lender and check out if he can help you in this regard. You may also speak to the other lenders of your locality and get an idea about the rates and terms they are offering you. If you can afford the deals, you can go for it.
This community too has a large number of lenders. You may seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. This will help you know the type of rates and terms you can qualify for.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
