Im in the middle of the FHA mortgage process. Just had the appraisal, etc. Bank says IRS has no records of my 2008 and 2009 returns???? I immediately faxed the lender copies of my returns. Big deal? Yes/No? Maybe?

Welcome. Now offer to do a conference call with your mortgage lender to the IRS, when on the phone make sure they have your information (name, SSN) exactly how the IRS has it on file. Afterwards ask them to resend the 4506t form in to the IRS for processing.
