Will I be able to qualify for a FHA loan with a credit score of 681?
Hi Guest,
In order to get a FHA loan, the lenders will require you to have a credit score of 620. As you have a score of 681, you will be able to get qualified for the loan.

Hi Guest!
Welcome to the forums!
I agree with what Sara has said. With a 681 credit score, you may get a loan provided you meet all the required criteria of the FHA lender.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

As far as credit score is concerned, you are eligible for FHA or conventional loan.
If you have at least 5% down payment from your own money, a conventional loan may be your best option.
If you do not have a 5% down paymen from your own funds, an FHA loan or USDA loan may be your best options.
