Are there any lenders that can do FHA and/or VA loans w/o seller title seasoning?

Hi rgnldwllms,

Both VA and FHA loans have a title seasoning requirement of 90 days. This has become a rule and I don't think you'll find lenders who will offer you loan if you do not fulfill this requirement.
