We will be up to qualify for an FHA loan in 2013? It has been 3 years after final foreclosure sale took place. We had a bankruptcy discharged in June 2009 which included 2 foreclosures, last sold April 2010. Husband was a homebuilder and we got stuck in collapse.
Hi Saoln,
As 3 years have passed since you filed bankruptcy and foreclosure, there are chances that you can qualify for a FHA loan. However, you should meet all the other required criteria of the lender which includes credit scores, job, income, etc.
Take care

Hi Saoln,
You should contact the local FHA lenders and apply for a loan. This community has large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and check out if they can help you.
Thanks

You have not talked anything about your current credity score, income, assets etc. If you meet the eligibility criteria related to these parameters, you will be able to get the FHA loan.
