Is financing available for a Fleetwood Doublewide home on 15 acres, the home has been on the property for nearly 16 years and is permanently attached to the ground. I am currently trying to find out what loan options would be available and what the qualifying criteria would be. Any information you can provide would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Hi ejsomerset,
As far as I know, financing is available for double-wide homes which are permanently attached to the grounds. You can contact the local lenders in order to get a loan on the said property. Depending upon the type of credit score, income and debt to income ratio that you've, the lenders will let you know whether or not you'll get a mortgage. You can even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage quote. This will help you know what type of rates and terms you would get.
Thanks
