Hud is wants a report of foundation from an engineer

As far as I know, the foundation engineer will inspect the foundation of the property where the home is located. He will observe the features and components of the foundation as it pertains to the permanent foundation standards of HUD. He will review and verify compliance as it pertains to the HUD guidelines. If the foundation of the property is in compliance to HUD standards, then he will issue the certification compliance letter. If the foundation is non-compliant to HUD standards, then he will issue a non-compliant letter and will provide recommendations on how to bring the foundation into HUD compliance.
