I want to know if anyone from other country could get a loan?.
Hi mikewill!
Welcome to forums!
You need to contact the lenders of your country and apply for a loan. Depending upon the rules and regulation that the lenders of your country follow, you'll be able to get a loan.

Hi, I am an international student and yesterday I saw a mortgage broker. She told me that I can take an FHA loan out because I am legally in the country.
I've also read on forums about H1B visa holders who have more than one mortgages.
One advice: Bank of America denied me a mortgage base on my visa expiring in May, although I am allowed to be in the country until 2013. Visa is for TRAVELLING only.
Hope this helps!
