can I get mortgage financing if I have a F-1 type visa?, I have been 4 years in U.S. and I have a job and good credit score

As far as I know, F-1 type Visa is a full time student visa. It will not legally permit you to work. Are you into any kind of freelancing job?
As far as buying a property is concerned, you can buy one but you will have to pay cash for it. Though you have a job and a good credit score, I don't think you will be able to show it as you have a F-1 type visa.

Don't you have to have a social security number ot have a credit score?
