If you want to know the balance amount left on your mortgage, you will have to contact your lender. I don't think anybody out here will be able to help you in this regard.

Is there a specific home you're interested in? You will need to contact a loan officer. Make sure you have your financials in order. They will need specific information regarding your annual income, assets, etc. They will need your Full Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Address to run your credit Once credit and financials are reviewed;they can determine if you can get approved for a mortgage and for how much.
