high dti purchase

Posted on: 10th Nov, 2010 05:20 pm
hello, my current dti is 45, i'm looking to purchase a property, it will be my third home so it's considered an investment, and that will put my dti at about 52. property is valued between 100k-140k. purchase price 54k. does anyone know of a lender that can help me? thanks....
Hi guss!

Welcome to forums!

With a high DTI of 52 it will be difficult for you to get a mortgage on your property. You will have to lower your DTI ratio in order to get a mortgage to buy a property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
