Hello there... I bought some land on which I want to build a house. I also want to build a shop besides it which is not attached. Will the mortgage company allow me to add the expenses for shop construction in the home mortgage?
Hi Guest,
I do not think that will be possible. Most mortgage lenders will not be ready to accept your request. Nevertheless there is no harm in asking the lender.

Hi Guest!
Welcome to the forums!
It will be sole discretion of the lender whether or not he will allow you to include the construction of the shop in your home construction loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Well, it depends upon the lender if he will allow to include the shop construction in the home loan.
