need mortgage declined

Hi,
really need experts help.

I don't want to buy a home due to mold. but the seller is telling to clean and give it. But still I don't want to buy home as I have small kids and also there is high probability my company will transfer to out side US and hence don't want to take the risk. seller is threatening through realtor to sue me in the court.

My contract says I need to take home if repairs are done. I have a mortgage approval contengency. I have a very good credit score. How can I make my mortgage declined. If I just tell I will get transferred the loan officer will consider the statement and decline the loan request.

Please advice.
As you've signed a contract which says that you will have to take the home if repairs are done, you are bound by it. In case, you refuse to buy the property, you may have to pay a penalty for the same. The seller may charge you certain fees for breach of contract.

You must be receiving certain documents from your employer informing you about your relocation. You can show those documents to the lender and try to get it canceled.
