Hello I am looking for info on lenders that still do HUD title 1 home improvement loans in Ohio. I have tried the HUD site but most lenders listed don't cover my area or have stopped doing them. Is it possible to use a out of state lender?? If so does anyone have any leads?? Any help or info is very appreciated
The lender does not necessarily need to be located in your area, just licensed to do loans in your state. Check on the lenders page on this website, then try to google lenders in your state for the 203k loans...
