i am looking at a foreclosed property the previous mortgagor has removed the kitchen cupboards and appliance furnace water heater and all bathroom toilets and sinks would i be able to get a mortgage for this property it would be a second home and would like to do most of the work myself
There are rehad programs for primary residences but none that i know of for vacation homes. Do you have enough equity in your primary residence to pull enough cash out to purchase the second home?

hi william,

if you do not have enough equity in your property to get a cash out refinance, then you will have to look out for home improvement loans in order to improve the property. depending upon your present financial situation and your credit score, you may or may not get a home improvement loan.

to nic,
