We did not know about this until we were informed of the judgment against our undivided property. She owes 5,000 for the balance, interest , and attorney fees. What can we do about this?

I think you should pay off the loan because if the lender wins the judgment, he may place liens against the undivided property. You should also inform the lender about the death of your aunt. May be the lender gives you some more time to pay off the loan.
