i need a collateral loan on my land the land ois worth about 30,000 i am looking to get 10,000 can anyone help me find a lender thank you
Land loans are hard to come by right now. You will probably face a bit higher in iterest and fees. Please specify the location of the property. I hope this helps...

You can get loan on you land as collateral for loan. It's possible if your land is free of any debt & absolutely it must have clear title. But you must have good credit history as well as you must have to make some down payment..
