I have a land contract on a piece of property in North Dakota. The buyer has stopped paying a year into the 2 year contract. They were already approximately 6 months behind when they stopped paying. They sent me an e-mail saying they would not pay anymore around 2 years ago, and I have had much trouble trying to contact them for this time. They will not speak to me or correspond. Not having much money, I don't know what to do. Please help me. These people are trying to steal my property.
Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
You must be having a written agreement with the buyer regarding the land. You can take legal actions against the buyer depending upon that agreement. You should get in touch with a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
