I had a land contract on two homes for the last 10 years. It is up in Feb. 2014. The owner wants to extend it if we want too. With 2.5% less of our current interest rate. But, we want to sell one and she says its to costly to rewrite only one.
Don't know what to do.

Welcome Maryc,
This is something which you and the owner will have to decide. If you can manage the costs, then you can go ahead and renew only one land contract.
