we have lived in our cooperative for the past 30 months and would like to refinance. just need to verify the vendors allow cooperatives.

Welcome thomps,

It will be the lender's discretion whether or not he would lend for cooperatives. You will have to speak to the local lenders and apply for a mortgage. They will let you know whether or not they can help you in this matter.
