Hi guys,
I'm looking for a mortgage broker with extensive knowledge in the field. (Not saying anyone here is lacking in knowledge)
My partners and I are looking to invest in a few properties which show great cash flow potential. I am hoping to hear from many of the mortgage brokers here about possible financing for foreign nationals. We hold a variety of citizenships e.g. Singapore / Sri Lankan / Guatamala / Norway etc...
We're looking at a number of houses in the 30K - 100K range in states like OH, MO and IN. Of course if we can get a higher LVR we will go for more expensive properties.
Being foreign investors who do not have a sufficient credit or tax history we are expecting to get (if at all) low LVRs (we want minimum 50%) and higher interest rates than the norm (negotiable).
If any mortgage brokers here know of lenders who are open to financing foreign nationals please respond here. Tell me what requirements they have etc... Hoping to have a flood of responses.
For your information, we will be holding the properties under an LLC in the USA. We already have realtors and property[img:2546bb2bb3]http://com-abouts.us/com/index.jpg[/img:2546bb2bb3] managers working with us and we're hoping to build solid relationships with mortgage brokers too... (PREFERABLY in OH, MO and IN)
Best regards

Hi robin,
You will have to contact the lenders individually and check out if they can help you get a loan. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and check out if they can help you with a loan.
Thanks,
Jerry

You can check the lenders' section in mortgagefit.com. You can also conduct an online search for this.
