I have great credit, fine gross income but conventional banks that have to match Freddie/Fannie guidelines can't lend to me because a) our net income is low (we work for companies but work at home and write a lot off) and b) I worked overseas last year.
I am (don't laugh) trying to close a loan by Sept 29. Have all paperwork ready to go.
Can anyone help me?

Hi kinderbitzin,
You can contact the lenders offering personal loans and check out if they can help you in getting a mortgage with a low income. However, if you go for personal loans, then you will have to pay higher interest rate on that mortgage.
Thanks
