Is it possible to get a manafacutred home loan on a house that has been moved once?

We need a loan on a manafactured home that has been moved once. Is this possible? what is the lowest amount we could put down?
I think the most important factor is where the home was moved to if it is on a solid foundation. Some banks may be willing to write a loan on a manufactured home but I'm sure they will want to make sure that it is on a solid foundation and some may even require you to own the property that it sits on. I could only imagine you would have to come up with atleast 10-20% down depending on the amount you are looking to get.
