I AM SELLING MY 1987 14X66 LIBERTY MOBILE HOME ON LEASED LAND IN A SMALL MH PARK...WHERE CAN THE BUYER FIND FINANCING?
Hi benzbroncos!
Welcome to forums!
If the mobile homes are situated on a leased land or a rented lot, then there are less chances that the buyer would qualify for a mobile home mortgage loan. They will have to apply for personal property loans. These loans are given by the retailers who sell mobile homes. However, it should be kept in mind that such mobile home loans are available at a higher interest rate.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
