I would like to purchase a refurbished mobile home, and don't have bad credit, I just don't have any! Plus I haven't found a bank anywhere that will give a loan for a mobile home so I don't understand why your website says they will.
try cityfinancial. i know they were big on that. I'm not sure if FHA still lends on mobile homes

Banks don't lend on Manufactured or Mobile homes unless they were built after June 14, 1976. Was yours manufactured before that date?

You can get a loan on a mobile or manufactured home but the guidelines are much stricter the banks I work with usually will require at least a 660 credit score.
