How to borrow money with bad credit on a mobile home

Posted on: 03rd Jun, 2012 12:28 am
Hello, I also have a mobile home title that I need to borrow money on. But my credit ain't no good. Does anyone know who I could go to so I could borrow money on the title. It is a 1995 Horton Mirage and it is a 16x80' with vinyl siding and a shingled roof. It is in good condition. Please if anyone knows how I could do that let me know. Thanks, Mike
hello lallen,

refinancing each of these financial products is a different process and therefore has different costs. some of these loan products are easier to refinance than the others and therefore you need to know these differences beforehand in order to understand which possibilities in terms of refinancing your mobile home debt you have. in any case, refinancing is possible but the costs may persuade you against the idea.

Welcome lallen,

You will have to contact the local mobile home loan lenders and get to know if they can help you get a loan depending upon your financial situation.

In case of mobile homes frequent updates and plans are released now and then so if anyone wants to go for such schemes an update with a local but reliable agent is must who would definitely offer a good advice regarding the issue.

The mobile home that you own should not have any lien attached to it. You can surely use that property as collateral to obtain a new loan. But, since your credit score is not good, you may find it little difficult too.

You need to carefully look out for a mobile home lender. You have fair chance to get approved for a mobile home loan. But, the only obstacle in your way may be your bad credit score. Try to improve your score too.
