Hi there… We are buying a mobile home. We also own a land where we can put it up. But the home has been empty for 6 years and problem is with the septic. It needs to be inspected. So, can we get a loan in such a situation?
If the septic system is defective, no lender will be ready to give you a loan. So, unless the septic system is improved, it is better to avoid the property.
I think so you should contact a palm beach real estate attorney for further assistance as they can guide you in a better way.
Hi Bebo,
I agree with what Niicss has said. Unless you repair the septic system, getting a loan will be difficult for you.
